We found AWD after having our car serviced by a terrible shop and needed to have their work fixed. We have found the guys there to be great – very helpful, and honest. One of our repairs was covered under warranty and rather than doing the work themselves and charging us for it, they refered us to the dealer for the free repair. We only use AWD now for our service!
Great service, honest, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. It’s easy to make a recommendation for these guys – they are truly the best! Thanks guys! My Subaru has over 230,000 miles on it and running strong thanks to you!
My engine was replaced by AWD and well, I am utterly impressed with their knowledge, professionalism and their impeccable customer service so far. Since replacing my engine, I have driven all the way out to the East side (living up north) just for my oil change and other minor updates.
P.S. I forgot to mention on my last post that you have an incredible team, Justin! I am treated with pure kindness during all of my visits so far and my last visit was handled by Ryan Duncan. Unfortunately, due to my long hours at work, I had him waiting for me for a good 45 minutes after his shift–still, he had a stellar attitude and “didn’t mind at all.” Thank you! (he is definitely someone who can be your good neighbor…thanks again Ryan!)
Justin and his crew are the best! I have been dealing with All Wheel Drive Auto from the start and have never been anything but extremely satisfied with their service. If you want it done right, bring your Subie here!
I wanted to say that there is no reason for new or old Subaru owners to bring their vehicles to the dealership when AWD Auto is around. They can assist with warranty issues and have some of the most experienced techs onsite. I have a car that has literally had 9 lives and I continue to modify it for more power and better handling. Ryan & his staff not only understand break/fix scenarios but also can assist with making your Subaru produce over 600hp! Times are tough & its nice to know that I have a mechanic I can rely on when my car needs work!
